Hand Gluing

Cartons can be converted
into a finished product by using strong PVA Glue
to hold them together.
This is the preferred finishing method by the
majority of our customers, and is dependent on
the weight that you wish your packaging to contain.

This is achieved by applying the glue to the stitch
flap area of the carton, and then folding the two ends
together to form a finished product.
The hand gluing process
is a slow manual process, which is used for small
batch runs, and odd shaped die-cut cartons.
This allows for greater accuracy when gluing
the cartons together, and allows us to make best
use of our design, printing and die-cutting capabilities.
