Our hand fed Die-Cutter
allows us to produce packaging in many different
styles, shapes and sizes by using a cutting tool,
which is designed to customer specification.
The formes are made from layers of laminated
wood with steel cutting and creasing rules mounted
in them. They have varying densities of foam rubber
attached at specific points, which push the board
of the forme when die-cutting. |
This enables us to offer our customers alternatives
to their packaging needs, with a wide variety of different
styles of packaging available.
The Hand fed Die-Cutter allows us to produce low volume
orders, with sets taking only 5-10 Minutes, and running
at 850 passes per hour. The human element involved in
this manual process also allows for higher quality cartons
to be produced.
