Screen Printing
Screen-Printing is a low volume printing process that
also produces a high quality finish. This process again
allows us to print up to 6 different colours, with an
optional Varnish coating, to produce high quality display
cartons with a gloss finish. This is a process that
again appeals to the POS and POP markets.
This is achieved by printing directly onto high quality
corrugated cardboard sheet, which has a wax coating
especially for printing with oil-based inks. This is
a slow process, which is ideal for small quantity batch
runs.
