Stitching
An alternative to using a gluing process to convert
cartons into a finished product is to use a stitching
process instead.

Stainless steel wire
is used to hold the cartons together, very much
like a staple.
This creates a strong hold for cartons of a heavier
grade that are designed to hold heavier goods.
|
Large cartons and sleeves can be made in a 2-piece
format by utilising our table-stitching machine. Alternatively
4-corner trays can be stitched together using our arm-stitching
machine.
